Website use
Content on this site describes our GoHighLevel CRM, funnel, automation, appointment booking, and support services. We may update copy, examples, and service descriptions. Site content is general information, not a binding statement of scope, pricing, or delivery dates until both parties sign an agreement.
Booking, forms, and messaging
You may book a discovery call through the GoHighLevel calendar, request a time through our on-site form (which emails us directly), submit the service-request form, or use chat. Discovery calls do not create a paid engagement. Submissions and bookings are processed in our GoHighLevel / LeadConnector CRM. If you opt in to SMS, you agree that Providence Flow Services may text you as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to cancel texts. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
Services and client agreements
Paid work (GoHighLevel setup, funnels, automations, campaigns, retainers) is scoped in a proposal or master services agreement covering deliverables, fees, timelines, and revision limits. We do not start billable implementation from a website visit or an unpaid discovery call alone.
Account ownership
Unless a client contract says otherwise, GoHighLevel accounts, contacts, workflows, and creative assets built for you remain your property. We may reuse non-confidential methods and generic templates across clients.
No guarantees of revenue
We build systems intended to improve speed-to-lead, booking, and pipeline visibility. Results depend on your offer, traffic, sales process, and market. Dashboard figures, mock pipelines, and similar metrics on this site are illustrative examples of how a system can look — they are not verified client results or promises of revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Providence Flow Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from unpaid discovery conversations. Liability for paid services is limited as stated in the signed client agreement.
